I'm 37 and am just beginning my yoga experience following 2 fairly serious injuries over the last decade. Yoga has been recommended to me so many times by countless professionals throughout my rehabilitation, but I've always resisted (probably the man ego bit 😂) I can honestly say yoga is in the top 3 things that help me through my day now! Thanks Coach Vigue, your videos are a must for my morning routines now!

Ohh yeahh! These low back videos kick off my mornings. More flavors buddy, can’t get enough. Your full yoga is just to fast for me, 3 vertebrae fused together in my back slows me down but your getting me moving. Thank you so much!!! Plz make more low back videos. I’ve tried doing them on my own but it just not the same without ya coach!!!

Very nice video Sean! I’m 29, and I have been wanting to get into yoga for a while now. I watched Wai Lana a while back on TV, and that made me want to get into yoga. I always say I will, but I never do. I’m very sure this will get me going, and add yoga to my day. Keep up the good work!

In recent years I have had some pretty devastating depression. I have started using anti depressants and started exercising regularly to help counteract the depression. Both of those things have helped a little, but nothing has a better effect on my mental health than doing yoga with Sean.

I love these men’s only beginner routines. I found a couple others I like but they always stop after one or two videos. I’d love to see more videos, I find your sense of humour awesome. I love the little additions you do to each movement. I have tons of injuries and I’m pre-habing both my knees for dual ACL surgeries so this is all great stuff thank you..

Thanks my friend . I started doing this a few years ago , life side tracked me but I’m back today on Thanksgiving 2023 . I’m a hot mess but my first session I feel awesome ( like the pillsbury doughboy ) but the blood is flowing and I fell the oxygen again

Hi there I have started to use this routine every morning, and it really helps, thank you. I am an forklift operator who has to get up at 5 am and get ind and out of the machine about 75-100 times a day, a short simple stretch work out is so helpful. :-)

This was very good. I hope you make 7-day or 30-day yoga challenge for men! I have been doing your yoga routines on and off for couple of years. They are great and help a lot but I still find myself getting unmotivated to move (and Covid doesn't help). Any good tips to keep myself motivated and moving?

Thanks so much! In the UK the combination of lockdown and dark mornings/evenings and cold rainy winter weather makes excercising challenging. However you great videos allow me to do them daily before work and my reward is a large coffee, what a great way to start the day!

I've never tried Yoga because of knee replacements. I can no longer bend like that. I'm a 61 year old black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Sure would like to get that flexibility back.

@@SeanVigueFitness Yes, I do a solo shift so can do it during quieter spells in the night. I do a lot of sitting, so getting stretched an limber is great. Thanks for your sessions Sean - best out there!

@@SeanVigueFitness I am getting better. But only incramentally. Every time I attempt your intermediate mens yoga, when I do the pose where I stand on one leg, I have to balance on something
