Searching Charity Shops for Instruments- Can't Believe What I Found!

For this video I decided we'd have a bit of fun- I set myself a challenge to scour local charity shops for musical instruments, and then to try to make some music with whatever I find!
For anyone who's new to the channel, I'll point out that I'm only a year-and-a-bit into learning how to 'do' any music at all... so not only did I think this would be a daft game, but also a bit of a push along in my musical happenings.
Usually I spend most of my energy trying to learn the recorder, and how to read music as an adult learner. I make videos about that stuff too, so check out the channel if that sounds remotely interesting, it'd be great to have you along :)

You live in a very pretty place. My shopping street 'Taff Street' has about 12 charity shops. Or possibly less since the floods 2 year ago. But if you like charity shop browsing Pontypridd is the place. I'd love to visit your town/Village tho. It really looks gorgeous.

Love a good chazza! The charity shops of north are much better than those down south that now filter out all the interesting stuff. Our local big charity actually say that they won't take any musical instruments including pianos etc!

I know! It’s all about finding the ones that keep all the donations they receive- so often they get sorted through with all the ‘good stuff’ getting sent to particular shops. Mind you, it will be interesting to see if those pianos do ever sell; I’ll have to keep popping back to check. Happy hunting!

Take that whistle back and make a "slide whistle karen" video demanding a refund :) I thought you'd do the beat on the keyboard. I love that little town, looks very nice, so pretty there, with the hiking spots, quaint town.

I’d make a superb Karen 😂 I tried using one of the rhythms from the keyboard but it sounded… questionable at best! Lincoln is a beautiful historic city. I’m sure I’ll film it more at some point!
