I have the Pit Boss classic and searing is what they preferred however they don’t complain on smoking 😂😂😂. The thing is so versatile.

Very interesting. You've tested a few of those little smokers. The PB, I think a Traeger and the one that begins with an "A". Which one would be your choice. As far as the burgers skip the ketchup. A nice slice of Vidalia onion and Clausen's spicy pickle slices.

Is this Pit Boss an OEM version of the Asmoke AS350? They are so similar looking. You have both. What do you think? The controller is the same. The second rack is the same. The hopper looks similar but has a few changes.

They are the same in most regards. I have a Country Smokers Traveller, a Danson product like the pit boss but I modified it with the taller lid from the Asmoke 350.
