Seascape Sunset Photography at Herne Bay Kent

Took a trip out tonight to capture some seascape sunset photography at Herne Bay on the Kent coast. Not been out for a while so be kind, i am trying to remember how to use my camera and vlog .

Always nice to pop awake in the middle of the night to a new Lee Pelling video! Lovely seaside location that one is mate, with loads of potential. I was sure you were going to have a banger of a sunset with those high clouds, but couldn't tell on video that you had that bank of cloud on the horizon. Loved that first image of the old pier out in the middle of the water, fantastic minimalist feel to that one. And the final blue hour photo was a beauty! Great location, definitely worth a return visit now that you have the lay of the land. Really enjoyed it mate, now back to bed for a bit here! Hope all is well, have a great Sunday!

i quite often pop (45 min drive) to Herne bay - Whitstable and Reculver. great areas for sunset shoots, as it sets looking along the coast line. Got a few from there myself. Lovely images and another great vid.

Thanks David, been to Whitstable and Reculver several times but for some unknown reason just never ventured into Herne Bay , I've been missing out ! Thanks Mark , the clock tower image turned out ok, actually a composite of three images , the cars at the bottom the clock tower and the clock face all different frames merged together , came out ok. Definatly a few more compositions to be had along the front when the conditions play ball, thanks again mate
