I tried Tanky Vlad build, and I love it! I went 1. Boots > 2. Riftmaker > Haunting Guise > 3. Unending Despair > 4. Spirit Visage > 5. Jak'Sho > 6. Liandry's Torment.

So far in my Diamond Vlad action i'm running Conq with rift liandrys, then the needed amount of spell pen (shadowflame or void) with one defense ap item like zhonyas or bashee. The real question is can i get away with cosmic or CD boots in any builds, I'm not have any luck trying to force those kinds of builds.

from my experience, full damage balls to the wall is only feasible if you can consistently delete the midlaner / adc supp if they're very sneaky or have a bunch of heals might aswell go off tank in general just go off tank because new rift maker is literally busted on vlad and gives you a shit ton of stats if you get beefy

full scaling. i don;t remember all the names because i havent played in a long time but it's phase rush, the cdr one, gathering storm and nimbus cloak (not sure if that;s the name, the one where you get ms for using sums), and then take the green tree as secondary, overgroath and the one that gives you resistances after a certain level/time. hope this helps

i like e500 but his s14 builds are not optimal against tanks (take phase rush or conqueror): cosmic --> lucidity boots --> liandry --> riftmaker --> rabadon --> void staff . (you ideally want liandry before riftmaker) against squishies (take summon aery for lane or phase rush): cosmic --> sorcerer boots --> shadowflame --> rabadon --> void staff --> situational sixth item (hextech is cheap, buy it first item if you think you need the extra gap closer) this is prob the best, i know the second build looks like its just season 13 build, but the new items make that build strong still.
