I think it changes almost every breakpoint in the game. Low dps, burst damage heroes will suffer the most. I think higher healthpools with passive regen also make it easier to just dump cds into the tank. The tank experience is about to get so much worse, half the dps roster will benefit while the other half becomes even more cosmetic, and supports will start generating ults every fight.

Overwarch has been stagnant for a while now, flats talked about this how even if the game was really good, (which it isnt) it would still get stagnant if it doesn't get major changes to the gameplay. Not sure how I feel about the patch but I'm excited for a whole new feel to overwatch, even if its just for the sake of new.

the main issue is that you can't one shot a tracer with bodyshots with 27 dmg, i'm scared tracer is just going to outclass genji even more

That's totally understandable! What I hate is players that think they know how a massive patch like this would play out screaming that the game is doomed...

@@neodaltiair8624 dragonblade got hard buffed, and I'm not talking about the swing speed. Consistency is going WAY up, so there will be much less BS like failing blades due to a lucky hs and stuff, and you know from my gameplay how a patient blade plays out =)

Im not really a fan of this patch (if these are true). I dont think this will be good for genji (yes thats he only reason i dont like it). But other than that im still kinda exited because the new season will feel completly diffrently. I mean we saw how bad a seasons like 8 were we had like no changes feel. Keeping the game fresh is more importent then perfect balance.
