100% agreed on phased releases of max level raids, would super feel bad if people just skipped MC (and ZG!) and went straight into BWL. Personally would like to see "race to world first"-type activity for each raid. Speaking of...I thought Sunken Temple being slightly overtuned(?) at launch was awesome. Meaning that guilds didn't steamroll through 4hrs after release.

I'm surprised there's absolute nothing for warriors. Specifically Protection Warriors! As a Protection Warrior it's basically impossible keep AOE threat on trash mobs in raid, compared to for example a Shaman tank with still overtuned Lightning Shield. Thunder Clap/Furious Thunder (rune) threat level is extremely bugged and can by no means be used to keep aggro on multiple mobs at once. Besides that Block Value is still bugged, when it comes to adding damage to Shield Slam... #FixProtWar

World buffs feel awesome to make you more powerful in raid, and I like the idea of death having consequences. The problem is they make tuning the raids a nightmare. If they keep them in game I hope it’s capped at 3 or maybe 4

Id like a new WO type token added to the game that is used to buy hard to get crafting reagents from a vendor (devilsaur leather, etc) and change limited supply recipes to unlimited supply, runecloth bag recipe is still 150g on my realm.

I disagree with more runes, it already feels like we have so many. I hope Phase4 is the last for “new runes” they could have the same idea of hidden class quests but have different rewards- new legendaries ? Or rune improvements or ability augmentations- like Warlock green fire

I'd love if edge masters to be a good item to have. I'd also like world bosses to have a few hour respawn. Then you can only get loot from once a week.

I hope they make gearing like they did in classic where u can get a item like lionheart helm, hoj, sgc and it has lasting power until naxx for example

I agree. They need gear that is hard to get but would last through all phases if you can get it. Thunderfury is a great example, but it would fun to see all classes have legendaries to work towards through all phases. Classic IMO is the best that gearing has ever been. There was always a reason to grind a dungeon, or to keep farming the previous raids. They just have to give players a reason to do group content, and to log in for something other than raiding. They need to follow more of the classic example for end game goals and content.

Absolutely agreed, they just are revamping all the gear so tough to say if it’ll be new things or these things

The most important thing we need to see in Phase 4 is repeatable content that is not a raid. Every single Phase so far led to the vast majority of players quickly transitioning to exclusively raidlog within a couple weeks, as there is pretty much no dungeon content that has meaningful rewards and they completely butchered battlegrounds by handing out all the rep for basically free with their garbage events. If we once again don't get any good activities to do in between raid days (Incursions are not good content), I think people will slowly start to leave for good in P4.

Raid item drops are just too overpowered, nothing in open world is useful except the nifty stop watch so its all vendor trash 1 path to boredom raid logging and InCuRsIoNs... oh yeah could have just made scourge invasions better... and blizz only want to do the easy things like tweak a dungeon or spells, they wont add new zone content like classic because management is pulling the strings instead of letting devs be creative and see where it leads

​@anarchy8263 even if they let them be creative I don't think the dev team has the resources to make anything truly new. Everything "new" has been reskins or altered content from the past. I think blizzard is banking on people eventually playing Cata over SOD because it's just easier and cheaper to rehash that xpac. I think they just wanted SOD to funnel players into Cata as their whole goal.

They could focus on the open world. There are so many possiblities; new areas, mobs, and items. They could for example add more global green items with extremely low chance to roll with super strong stats. That would keep ppl busy to grind for BIS stuff.

I would personally want them to stop gating BiS/pre-BiS PvE gear behind PvP and also I'd be really happy to have achievements system implemented in SoD. That'd give quite a bit of things to do outside of raiding etc. As for world buffs I'd go for either no world buffs at all in raids to stop the parsing meta or a system which lets you get them without spending lots of time getting griefed.

I'd like to be wrong but it looks like the SoD team is out of steam. P3 has been a disaster and they've just left it. Instead of balancing the classes/specs/runes in PvE and PvP they've left PvE and just done a lazy blanket nerf on PvP which doesnt solve anything.

Couple of ppl say 40 man raids is the solution but look at p1 and 2 compared to p3. I really feel classesc in p3 are better but due to 20 mans, ppl gatekeeping a simple raid. It s good that st is not a huge upgrade

@@simionpaul3935 Seems to be a divide between people who want faceroll raids and people who want challenging raids, so I hope they have both in P4. Half my guild quit and went Cata (inculding me) since SoD raids are a joke. ST was nerfed so much it was on farm straight away.
