I don’t want to do incursions, I don’t want to group with 5 people, be required to have addons, have the perfect quest set up, for 25 levels!! And people keep saying “just level the old way!” And not get any rep?? Or any of the bis items that they sell?? Id literally be handicapping everyone I play with to NOT do them. It sucks. Nothing about incursions are in the spirit of classic. It killed the economy, it killed open world leveling, and it killed any motivation I have to play sod.

I so disagree with you guys like literally if you put down what are incursions and what is era endgame it captures SO GOOD the whole game in a 20 minutes match, the hate is unbelievable, you speak no points you are blind with hate

Killed the economy? Flippers change the prices with their botting tsm and auctionator addons. not incursions, are you blind? Do you search for a scapegoat for your problems? incursions give the chance for a healer priest to farm gold as fast as a hunter or a mage, why are you so against that? They have all the essence of era pve in 1 mode, you have to have addons so they dont reprogram a zone completely giving you retail objectives and shared quests something that would be impossible, people are apes really fakin simps

You sir are clueless, i used to farm endless hours in circles in epl seeing 3 people per hour for the chance of an arcane crystal, also i was getting stomped by each and every class that wanted to kill me as a fury warrior in era. Why do you spread those lies, incursions enabled dead zones, help underpowered classes or ungeared people with pve specs to farm as fast gold, also it happens WHILE YOU PLAY THE GAME. I dont know how much auctionator and tsm you people have used that believe goldfarming is sitting in ur city botting, or showing your armor, that is not classic, incursions are classic, they are many ways of playing the game together, ways and people, you are just one more retail boy

I don't see how they couldn't predict it would be terrible before they released it. They said "discover azeroth in a new way" then come out with something that keeps you in one area forever for the best exp and gph.

Kaghoe incursions are playing the game in a nutshell, you people wanna leave the game do it but dont tey to cause drama, incursions are a mode that captures many many farms that happened in era, you circle for many things herb veins or mob camps, you kill bosses you outtag your faction, that is the existing game already,why do you hate on the existing game, you people act like fakin dominoes whine about something perfect and genius with tons of potential , do us the favor go to retail or cata leave us be, you are crying trying to make them change things and abadon modes that you wont even be here to play

I’m on living flame and with my alt warrior man I can’t even find a zf or Mara group. In phase 1 and 2 the world was so much more alive. With incursions it just died

That is lies, in any phase 1 month after its less people spamming for dungeon groups, and mara its that most mages ( who made the groups) got their dagger, still i see 5 10 mara spams each day, and i filled a grooup in 10 minutes to get a friend the scepter, also zf people spam for many reasons, i dont understand how you go on youtube type lies about a game you dont like, what are you trying to prove

Not sure why you are so mad but please relax it’s going to be okay. You sign on during the day and tell me how many non WO groups are looking to do the dungeons

4:27 this was by design now we are all bored of SoD so we can go play Cata release... then we will get bored of that in time for P4 its all by design they cant bring in new players so they have to get us to jump from one server, or version to another DAILY keep us invested so we want to log in everyday this makes their numbers look higher

honestly, couldn’t agree more. after they butchered Lava Lash, I lost an incredible amount of interest which made me shift focus to Cata, which I initially had 0 interest in.

Phase 3 sucks from pretty much every angle. I did the raid 2x and realized there are no upgrades and all my pvp effort in earlier phases was invalidated. I'm staying subbed to you and a few others, but without big changes, and a return to classic-esque content, I won't be back. I will confirm the quality of phase 4 from trusted sources after it's been out a few weeks to determine. I don't think it's looking good though.

Incursions are hated because it's like having to do chores. It's why I quit retail. All the dailies, weeklies, world quests, etc. I want to play a game, not do the same thing again, and again, and again. If I'm gonna repeat something, it's gonna be farming that I can do at my own pace, with no rush to complete because I have a group depending on me. I do agree that it could have been used much better and then people likely would have enjoyed them. Like you say, put unique recipes in for us collectors, and don't make it grant experience so it's a must do, but rather reputation.

Off topic, but one thing I would love to see SOD donis make use of those quirky items, like a 34 pound redgill, 37 pound redgill that would eventually be used for fishing achievements later in retail, but in SOD make them an item for a new cooking recipe, or even just make them produce multiple filet of redgill when cooked. Currently, the only thing they can be used for is being held in your off-hand, which is useless. As rare as they are for drops, I do think they would be awesome ingredients for aome of the extremely rare cooking recipes. I'm sure there must be more of these kinds of items that could be used for other recipes. Undamaged Hippogryph Feathers come to mind since they are for a removed quest in game, but are still in the game. Could be a tailoring item.

an MMO is only fun if the world is full of people doing things like questing and doing dungeons. If everyone is stuck in one little choke point doing a the same mindless thing over and over then the rest of the game suffers.

I just leveled my first alt to 50 (from 40) doing incursions, so I have mixed feelings about them. On the one hand I appreciate that it was quick, profitable, and provided decent gear at the end. I did try to avoid incursions at first by leveling in the open world, but it was going so slowly the fomo took over and I switched. The part that particularly sucks in that I was in several pugged groups, all using the addon, no one talking to each other, no one helping another team member if they got attacked.. just the polar opposite of what would normally be fun 'group content' in general. You could tell everyone just wanted to be done with it asap and get on with the 'real' game. As a mage one of our better trinkets is locked behind exalted but I'm not sure I have the mental fortitude to do that honestly as the whole thing was a bit soul destroying. Honestly, if incursions hadn't been a thing at all, and we just got the Discover's Delight buff earlier, no one would have complained above leveling in the open world. There are plenty of zones to level in and pre-bis gear to collect from dungeons. As other people have said, having incursions there as a nice distraction to do 18 additional quests, once per day would have made the rep grind more time consuming, but the whole leveling to 50 experience better.

Day 1 people made like 1k gold, you can make 1k in 2 days max with any class spec level 50 by playing the f game. People are mean they wanna cause harm to the game its visible. what did you expect from sod as a repetitive mode that is not same as era? Heroic dungeons you retail boy? Maybe mythic plus or panda monk too? Maybe dailies and a weekly chest too? Dont you see that you dont like the game because you like something else?

Ever consider making a video about how frost fire bolt shares a rune slot with hot streak? Phase 2 was so much fun getting hot streak procs and instant Pyro blast. This phase feels so boring spamming ff bolt. Please blizzard move ff bolt to a different rune slot.

I think if they made incursions like legion invasions it would've better. Daily but only for a few hours and not rewarding huge amount of gold. It also encourages group play as some of the elites werent soloable unless you have crazy good gear.

Given that Hinterlands and Feralas incursions exist, you can already level to 60 just doing incursions. But yeah, I see your point, if they make it even easier by adding more incentives or a new lvl 60 incursion, ppl gunna be mad.

Becaus lvl 50s are protected by pvp server rules that allows them to grief an event intended for pve blizzard took a while to realize why not make the pve event enclosed such that pvp situations don't occur or maybe why not make a warmode system for those that want to quest with pvp on From what I see the reason incursions are not fast enough is because of pvp and the experience boost is not enough to retain the common wow player

For p4 do help fix things they need to add more WO bosses or have them drop off bosses in instances. But increase the cost of things from WO vendor. Also add in wo to buy p1,p2 runes aven dark riders. Itd help out in the world. But dont make incursions in p4.

The incursion launch with the gold buff sucked but I understand they have to make it the most efficient for players to use because we are scum. The losers saying its brainless, its only brainless because you chose to run pickup only runs for 12 hours it was your choice to do it and there was nothing stopping you from questing/dungeon grinding

Incursions killed SOD hype so hard everyone got discouraged and felt that their time investment in the game was being taken advantage of...everyone in my guild left even the ones who made 1000 gold from it. friends list is barren no one in org 50 min que times for PVP whoever had the idea for incursions should be fired they didnt test anything..
