Seasoned deep-fried spare ribs

New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make Seasoned deep-fried spare ribs. The ribs are cleaned, membrane removed, seasoned, baking in an oven until tender, dipped in an seasoned egg and all-purpose flour batter and fried until golden brown. This recipe makes 15 pieces of ribs, enough to serve 4 to 5 people for a small gathering. It's a great appetizer and it's absolutely delicious. Hope you all will give this recipe a try.

Charlie, I've been watching your show since you had less than 100 followers. I've been cooking on boats in the Gulf of Mexico and your recipes are what the workers like. I just got a new job as head chef for a very large work camp up north. I love this recipe and intend to cook this for 160 petroleum workers when I get there next week.
