A big problem I see with wave energy: Storms, the most energy is located where the most and strongest storms occur. Take a look at KZbin videos. search boats in storms. Large/wide breakwater made from floating concrete hulls, hexagon shape. Use hulls for storage, maybe hydrogen gas processed from seawater. Current, wind and solar, for power.
