Loved the combination of exercises in this routine. The overhead tricep extension really targeted those muscles!

I LOVE your workouts like no other!!! I like seeing the image at the top in addition to you as it helps to know what torture is coming😂 BUT MOST OF ALL I love seeing you struggle, just a tad, with your 1,000 lb weights, makes me push on thru with my 10lb's💪

I go to the gym regularly and do weights. However this destroys me. Keep a drop down weight at hand and you can really push yourself
