I appreciate your low-impact exercises that get my blood flowing in my body. Don't underestimate the value of these exercises, People! For anyone who is restricted by issues with balance, you are safely seated and can benefit from these simple movements. Mike is pleasant, he doesn't go too fast, and I am definitely feeling the results of whole body chair exercises. Thank you, Mike! And yes, I really enjoy the outdoor beauty to relax my mind as I work out with you! Carry on, Dear!!

Another superb exercise video from Mike. All his exercise videos are really great!.I enjoyed this seated exercise video very much, and could do it whilst I had a lovely mug of coffee in the mornings. I am 70 years young and am really benefitting from Mike's great exercise videos!

I added your last 10 minute stretch exercises to my morning wake up exercises. I think I will add this one for afternoon stretches. My aim is to be able to walk to the end of the block by summer. I am missing my hikes in the bush! Thanks for these.

Oh, how I LOVED this video - not only for an effective exercise but for the spectacular landscape that bought back memories of Dorothea Mackellar’s poem: I love a sunburnt country A land of sweeping plains, Of ragged mountain ranges, Of droughts and flooding rains. I love her far horizons, I love her jewel sea, Her beauty and her terror The wide brown land for me! Despite many years having passed since I lived in Australia, the first verse (outlined above) is one that I have never forgotten because it always reminds me of the beauty and terror of the land down under. For that reason I thought I’d share it with those subscribers not familiar with it. Enjoy! Joy, Abbotsford, British Columbia.

Your videos are great. I’ve exercised my whole life and now at 77 have several issues that make it hard to move as I always did. I’m not giving up and just sitting when I can do a 10 minute whole body chair routine. Thanks Mike!!!! Keep up the great videos for us oldsters.

I just finished this 10 min. Low impact exercise. Loved it! Enjoy seeing you outside with nature. It's mire relaxing to me then the studio. I also did the 30 min. Endurance workout with bands and weights. Just want you to know how I appreciate all you do for us seniors....you my favorite work out buddy! Have a wonderful day!

Just discovered your channel! I'm not a senior, but have started doing these exercises with seniors I know. Have seen results in them in as little as two days! I will be recommending these exercises and your channel whenever I get seniors as beginner singer students in my online singing classes. Great for overall body/core strength for singing. Home from 77 days in hospital after a broken fibula and tibia - now with internal screws and places. It's 7.43 am and I'm sitting in my bedroom looking at my computer. I love this outdoor setting Mike for exercises. The outdoors is probably my favourite place, and I must admit, it is a joy to me to see you exercising in an outback, scenic location. All the while, I was looking for that snake. This is only Day 2, home alone, and even though I am adjusting to being home with a moonboot on, and walking with a wheelie walker, It is so refreshing to get outside in the Australian bush and after looking at this video, I think it will inspire me to restart, re-motivate myself to get fit again. Not sure what Transitional Care will offer, but I think I'm already on the right track. And, yes, I did see the snake. Pleased it slithered away in a different direction.

Hi, Mike! I've followed you for quite a few years, and I'm not one to turn away from a beginner's routine. I love variety and choices. There were ways in which I was able to ramp up these moves, by working harder and increasing the reps. It's a good routine to adjust based on days when I'm tired but must move, or using it as a warm up just as it is, before doing a more challenging routine. The setting was lovely...wished I could be there. I await more new routines. Thanks again...Anastasia

@@joymcgill4557. Go to 7:30 and watch until 7:56. You can’t miss it. It’s black and it’s on slight hill near the reeds. It vanishes into grass. It’s to Mike’s right. I think I’ll stick to indoor exercises!

I appreciate your exercises. The scenery is great. And I did notice the snake. This was a nice intro to my morning regimen. I have lost 53 lbs. Twenty more to go. My blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol are under control.
