में 71 साल की हु मेरे दाये पैर में बोल की रिपलेसमेंट हुइ है इस लिए कुसीँ की योगा कर सकती हैं और आप बहोत अच्छा सिखाते है आप हिन्दी में सिखायेंगे तो ज्यादा अच्छा रहे गा
