Seatoller to Grange A Post Covid Wander

This weeks walk is a low level wander down the Borrowdale valley from Seatoller to Grange in Borrowdale. A post Covid recovery walk for me, and a much needed breath of fresh air.

Lovely Alistair. I stayed a few nights in Seatoller just before those floods, I was very lucky weather wise , it is a beautiful place, thanks again.

Lovely walk that Alistair. Having stayed in that area for many a year we have many fond memories of this one! Definitely a place to help those spirits mend, nothing can get you down with the Lake District on your doorstep. Herdwicks, gates, bridges and fells? What can any man want for more? Lovely spot of Via Ferrata thrown in for good measure! Well done on beating the annoying covid. 👍

Me and Mrs Metalman got it for the first time in the summer not nice but pleased to get it out the way and hopefully first and last time we get it. Nice recovery walk and great weather too, with gorgeous colours and I visited Milligan Daltons cave when I did Castle Crag with friends a coupe of years back but I dam as like find it again when I took Mrs Metalman for a walk up there at the beginning of the year. We have stayed at Rosthwaite at a little cottage a few times in the past but it changed management and the prices went silly, but recognise parts of this walk! 👍❤️

That was absolutely lovely Alastair. Hope your well regarding your op? You should do more of the lower level walks, I really enjoyed it, as nearly all the videos I see of the lakes are from the mountains, so nice to get the different perspective 👍♥️
