INCIDENT DESCRIPTION
At 6:23 pm on March 25, 2023, the Seattle Fire Department responded to a water rescue in the 2000 block of Alaskan Way, with reports of four persons in the water. Engine 2 was the first company on scene, and found one deceased person in the water and all others on shore. The incident was reduced to a handful of units for law enforcement to retrieve the body and fire to assist several people back to the pier. Unfortunately, there has been no update. There's no information on how the body got there, when the person died, and how the others are connected. A non-confirmed source claimed the others were teenage boys who found the body and became stranded by the tide and needed a bit of help getting out.

BEHIND THE SCENES
This was dejà vu for me, as just one month ago, there was a very similar situation just a few blocks away on the same street. • Seattle Fire responds ...
