Hi Vera, I am a new subscriber (within the past~ 2 weeks). I was a Continental / United FA about 10 years ago. It was short lived. Straight reserve was a killer ;) I am on yet another health journey & I am also focusing on hormal regulation and high protein. I really enjoy seeing your food hauls & what you eat. It gives me ideas of what I can incorporate into my diet as I am a creature of habit / routine. I love the Force of Nature ground beef too. I mainly shop at HEB (local to TX). They seem to have alot of the same products as Whole Foods. I really enjoy seeing your layover content as well. I always enjoyed Seattle (but that was 10 years ago when things weren't as bad). The japanese garden in seattle is in the washington park arboretum which is a large botanical garden. Check out all the beautiful flowers and trails next time you are in Seattle

Nice new long Vlog. Taxis in Munich also getting very expensive. Coconutbutter has over 80% saturated fatty acids. It means it isn’t really not healthy at all! The only Pro is you can heat it up very high, what means it has good characteristics for cooking. Linseed Oil for example is very healthy and natural Omega- 3 in it. carbohydrates = sugar. Uber is significantly more expensive in Seattle than in San Diego and San Francisco from my experience. It's like a $40-$50 Uber ride to the airport in Seattle even though I only live 20-30 minutes away. I remember going to Whole Foods near downtown San Francisco and it being a lot smaller than most of the ones in Seattle, so I get why you like it so much! The Japanese Garden is in the Washington Park Arboretum even though it's small there's a lot of park to explore! Also Madison Park is a nice area on Lake Washington to hang out near the Japanese Garden, and University Village is a nice outdoor shopping center by the Japanese Garden too!

Seattle used to be a lot cheaper before Amazon HQ moved there. The min wage is very high. I know folks who wash dishes for 25$ an hour plus tips. Captive audience, high salaries and tourists. Oregon is a bit cheaper with no sales tax.
