It's okay that you skipped going up the needle. Go to the top of the Columbia Center Tower instead. Because when you're in the needle, you cannot see the needle. :-)

My daughter goes to graduate school in Seattle-there’s so many parks to see the Seattle skyline -she likes Gasworks park when weather is good- she’s FaceTimed me to see the view. We will be visiting her when the spheres may be open (if we can get a reservation!) Ballard locks is free to see, the Library is on her list to show us, cheap ferry ride, the University of Washington campus is really pretty (especially during cherry blossom season!)

Cool video. My wife and I vacationed in Seattle for a week in 2016. We loved the city and state of WA so much, we relocated to the Seattle area in 2018. Still here and still loving it. So much beauty in the PNW everywhere you look. Hope you will get a chance to visit this amazing place again in the future.

Hi Jordan and Emily, the A-I store looked really interesting. On the next video you will have to let us know if they billed you correctly. Buying the baked goods would be a good test, as Jordan mentioned, they wouldn't have a way to read the price. Can't believe that it is $32.00 each to go up in the Space Needle. At least with the stop in Seattle you getting free accommodations which should help make it all worth it.

Hi A few years ago we were in Kuala Lumpur and obsessed with going up the Petronas Towers. Tickets were sold out but we hung around and finally were sold some spares. It was a good experience but stressful and expensive on a budget. The day before we had visited the site and really scanned and looked closely at the structure. I did my usual goofy thing of touching it. That evening we went up the nearby telecommunications tower which was cheap and showed up the PT and the rest of the city lit up. Unforgettable. So in my experience you can have an enriching experience without having to always enter these architectural masterpieces. Maybe for free or the cost of a drink from a nearby venue. Travel is all about choices. I also have to keep my eyes on the prize. But aren't we lucky to live the dream. Thanks for showing us travel reality. 🌏🌎🌍👍

We love this and Jordan also has the goofy impulse to touch all the impressive things we see so we completely understand that! You raise a good point too, sometimes it's better to go in another building with an impressive view of the masterpieces rather than climbing up the masterpiece themselves, it's something we might consider when we're in New York.We want to see the empire state building, not necessarily be on top of it! It's incredible how a simple travel choice can change your whole trip. Really appreicate this thoughtful comment! 😊 Thank you!

We were in Seattle in 2019. We also did not pay to go up to tower, every thing in Seattle was way expensive for us so did all the free stuff as well including pike market, and that gross chewing gum wall 😂, Amazon shop and agree it’s bizarre and those round glass houses of Amazon. My hubbie loved the Boeing tour but way expensive.

​​​@@JordanandEmily The Pike Place Market is one of my favorite places to visit as a resident of Washington State. Green lake in Seattle is another place for a good walk and it's pretty long. The music museum is cool and has a few exhibits that aren't music related necessarily like they had one for Star Trek even had the captains chair. You guys can do a river cruise if that's what you can call it on the water around Seattle it's a little tour. The water taxi you took if it's the one I'm thinking of that took you from downtown part of Seattle to the other side of the bay there is a great restaurant on the water by the little stretch of walking path/park. Hopefully you enjoyed your stay in Seattle and didn't catch any of our weird moments when mother nature couldn't decide whether to dump rain, be cold or be sunny.

I was looking forward to seeing and experiencing your travel around the highlights of Seattle but in the end all I got was watching you drink an iced coffee. If you really want to gather an audience following you guys you need to do the touristy things. That's how you get a following vicariously eager to watch your feed. Not going up the Seattle Space Needle and not taking that water taxi because of cost after telling us that's what you were going to do is disappointing. Either do what you say you're going to do or do some better editing. You didn't even visit Meridith at Grey's Anatomy Hospital 😂😂😂
