What about Madison Park and Leshi? I used to deliver a paper route around there and they always seemed pretty quiet. Also I don't think you mentioned that Fauntleroy is close to Lincoln Park wich has some great trails and Seattle's only salt water pool(Coleman).

Those are all great neighborhoods as well. This list was based on Niche.com ratings, so it’s definitely not an exhaustive list, just what they had. But there are plenty of other safe, wonderful neighborhoods in the city.

There's no violent crime but the burglary is 4x the national avg? That seems high.

The police district changes between the shopping area by Fauntleroy and White Center (north is better funded), so that's one reason why the nearby neighborhoods to the south are worse. Also, gun violence happens around that shopping area bc of the bus stops around there making it easy to show up and get away quickly.
