Sebastian's Bistro at Caribbean Beach Resort | Disney Dining Review

Tonight we are headed over to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to try the Pre Fixe Menu at Sebastian's Bistro. The drinks were amazing and spoiler....the Coconut Pineapple Bread Pudding is better than O'hana!! Enjoy!

I have had their plant based option and will absolutely tell you as a vegetarian eating in Disney I cannot say enough for the price and the value. Not a mushroom thing, not a big salad, but a comparable meal to the omnivores I’m eating with at really an amazing price for anywhere in Disney. Hands down one of my favorite restaurants on property.

You need to try it at night… no rush.. we repeated the chicken for the most part lol but we were there for a good 2 hours and it was well timed and relaxing

I hate being rushed. I would have said please do not leave food to get cold. I like to digest my food properly. Please bring back hot fresh entrees when we are ready. O'Hana does this as well. You must advise your server up front to please do not bring out next causes until you are ready.

Don’t knock Caribbean Beach. For our large family it is our perfect resort. Love the vibe, the pool, and the food. Not mention the Skyliner!

We were at Disney a few weeks ago and Sebastian’s Bistro was one of our favorite meals. We stayed at Pop, so it was just a quick skyline ride over.

This is one of my favorite places to eat on property. It’s half the price of Ohana and I love the rolls and bread pudding more.

One of the few restaurants we've never tried, mostly due to the location. 🤷‍♀️Maybe next time we're at Riviera we'll hop on over by way of the skyliner. Never pass up an excuse to ride it whenever we can. 😆 Nice co-star cameos. 🐈 🐕

We've always enjoyed Sebastian's when staying at CBR, although we haven't been there since reopening. Last time we went to CRT, it was the same thing - next course out before we even tasted the last. we decided we wouldn't go back to CRT because of that so im not sure wed go back to Sebastian's either

I had a reservation scheduled for our trip last month, but I cancelled it so I wouldn’t overwhelm my family by getting on the skyliner from HS just for an early dinner. I’m glad to hear it wasn’t worth going out of our way for this.

It’s definitely served family style. There was so much food, we didn’t ask for seconds, so I’m not sure if it’s AYCE

Nothing infuriates me more than the Disney practice of bringing the entrée before I’ve finished my appetiser. 😡 The first time it happened to us was at Grand Floridian Café, and since then I try to remember to tell our server that we are not in any hurry! A cast member told me that it’s more common in the parks, where the turnover is faster (and people often want to get moving, in fairness). I love to relax over my meal! Great review as always - thanks guys!

There is not a separate kid’s menu, but a lot of restaurants at Disney will work with parents
