A quick summary: - Get better sleep (6-8 hours) -Eat healthier and less processed food -Have a clear goal (has to mean something to you) -Work towards where you want to be in 10 years -Reduce your dopamine (cut down on games, sugary foods, social media etc.) -Have a general guideline for a routine (can turn into habits eventually) -Be in an environment that is comfortable and helps you get inspired (cafes, hotel lobbies, restaurants etc.) -Categorize things to be more efficient (gmail labels etc.)

great points about how the more a goal means to you the more drive and motivation you have. having perspective on the why definitely makes doing tasks more meaningful. it doesn't have to be big it can just be helping you clarify strengths/weaknesses, or helping you open up more free time to do this other thing (like spending time with fam, etc)

Yet I only have 1 rental property and you have a LOT more, because you worked a lot harder on your businesses. So within that time frame, I made the decision to drop out of college and diminish the hours of my part time job in order to focus on growing in real estate. My mentor will help me out but I'm gonna start looking at off market properties next week, and hopefully find a deal before the end of the month. Meditation, cold showers, and reading aren’t necessary however… if you look at the wealthiest people there is a common denominator of reading. From a neurological perspective meditation (even just 5 min) is the best thing you can do to your body apart from exercising. Cold showers release dopamine and energize you while working on your mental strength. Your body has a battery that must be recharged. While these aren’t necessary of course (nothing is necessary if you think about it) they sure do help

I can do all of this I had done it. The hard part for me is how to schedule and prioritise the time with my family and my girlfriend. They are important to me. It is hard to keep up with your productivity that you talked in the video while you should spend lot time with your close ones. I am not complaining I am just asking for help. Should I make the time with my girlfriend and my family shorter but put more quality in it or I should do something else. It is hard because you want to see them and you miss them and even if you make through that, you can’t make it through the fact that you disappoint them and make them feel unwanted because you want to spend a little more time for your productivity and not with them.
