Thanks but i would like to ask about borst jadhsson phenomenon in clonal type SK?is it the same as the aggregation of basaloid cells ?

Pretty much yeah. However, Borst-Jadassohn phenomenon is not specific for clonal seborrheic keratosis. It appears also in clonal Bowen disease and quite a few types of adnexal tumors. All of them are associated with strong expression of epidermal growth factor receptors in those nests according to some papers www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21587033
