Lesson Overview
Students are creating presentations of the collaborative communication principles. Students learned the collaborative communication principles: The what, how and why of collaborative communication. The students then worked in groups to visually depict a key element of collaborative communication.
21st Century Skill
Collaboration: The students applied consensus-building and decision-making communication skills, when appropriate, in order to complete the team’s goal. It is critical that the students know how to interact in a promotive and effective manner in a group when there are diverse perspectives and opinions, as well as conflicting points of view.
