Thank you for this! I grew up in Szczecin and this brings back so many memories. I even recognized some places. Made me nostalgic so I went on Google maps and spent some time looking around the city.

18:25 I claim that radio mast when I was a teenager (some 30 years ago) and it was wobbly then , I can't believe it is still there should be taken down years ago. But the view from the top was awesome

Lived in South Africa for a while and they have a big Brunch culture there... From around 10:30 to 12:30. They also have brunch menus in most restaurants. Brunch is usually more substantial (for those who missed breakfast).... and you can get dessert. Thanks for sharing your city, really enjoy your Fridays... looking forward to when things open up there (for you to showcase more eateries).

Mila wycieczka po Szczecinie, wielu szczecinian ujawnia sie tutaj, fajnie. Prawobrzezny Szczecin jest mi prawie nieznany, chociaz mieszkalam tutaj 37 lat. Dziekuje Aniu i Mark za piatkowa rozrywke. Wdzieczna bylabym gdybys mogla zainspirowac nas polska weganska kuchnia bo jest czym. Mam taka niewielka ksiazeczke o nazwie Kuchnia Jarska i widze ze kiedys byly jarskie potrawy bardzo powszechne. Teraz bez miesa ani rusz. Pozdrawiam serdecznie.

Alison, i live in Rochester,NY. We have 2 great Polish stores here if you ever find yourself visiting here. Polska Chata (which is also a restaurant) and Dybowski's Authentic Polish Market. Each owner drives to Chicago and NYC weekly for their food goodies. Recommend them both.

It seems to me that Poles cherish more about German monuments than the Germans from the former German Democratic Republic. I have seen several of these cities.
