I used his tips...especially the 30day 60day and 90day plan tip in my second interview today with the AVP and he really liked my responses and I got a call like 10 min later from HR team offering me the position....THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH AND GOD BLESS YOU

Richard, thank you for providing a clear explanation of what a company’s objectives are in a 2nd interview. Your example answer at 8:40 is very helpful as I know the company with whom I’m interviewing has 4 core values and this answer addresses 3 of those. I’m not saying that I will parrot this answer (nor am I saying I won’t;)) but it gives me a really good idea of what to say in a succinct way to show I am a good fit.

Your videos are really helpful in terms of interviews. I want you to create a video on how to create an entry profile and headline for Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms for remote jobs for someone who doesn't have any experience. Let's say social media manager, virtual assistant, copywriter,data entry, and many more, including the pre-customized cover letter for every job remote that I will apply for. I hope you can help us with that anyway. I really appreciate that you put a lot of effort into helping us pass our interviews. I just found out that remote jobs are the hardest compared to office-based jobs, especially without any working experience.

I had one company put me thru 4 interviews before telling me they were choosing someone else. I met with the recruiter (video chat), then the hiring manager and one other manager (in person), then met members of the team (also in person), then the 4th was a tour of the whole office and warehouse. I thought for sure I was getting it, but they did not offer it to me.

Had this exact situation. I was so pissed. They flew me to Cali for a tour and informal interview after the 1st two interviews. I too thought I was a shoe in for the position. After all of that, they decided to go with a candidate from Cali instead of me (Arizona). What really pissed me off, was that the position was posted as remote, and that was clarified during the interview process. Why the F did they go through the trouble of interviewing someone from out of state, if the location was so important?!

I have a similar situation before. The main reason is they‘re afraid me will get married and pregnant after being hired. It will affect the daily work😢

Hello Richard, I have a First interview coming up next Monday. The hiring manager told me at the first phone call that if I pass this interview there will be a second one. I’ve done a good prep with all your videos and since I’m very confident I’ll get the second one I came to see this video.I’ve already prepared my 30-60-90 day action plan. Would you recommend me handling it to the hiring manager on the 1st or 2nd interview?

Recently, I had a second interview for a role I was very excited about, but I believe I flopped… They were asking a lot of questions about what strategies would I use in very specific scenarios, I felt uncomfortable and deflected them. The thing is, in the past, I had similar interviews: they didn’t hire me but used the strategies I presented. Was I wrong in not delving into these questions?

The first interview lasted over an hour, with technical and behavioral questions. The second will be 45 min with same people... What could they be asking more?

Sir, I am a big fan of your channel, I need advice, I did a written test in HireVue for NATO, they told me the ones who succeed will have the interview on the 7th of December, the original written test was moved two days ahead, is ok if I write to them asking if the interview will be moved too, or should I wait for them to contact me or not. @@CareerVidz after 24 hours I thought a follow up would be good, that will show that I am interested and still preparing. This is what I thought to send them To SHAPE Recruitment Office Dear Hiring team, Having finished the written test, I remember the interview with the board was pre scheduled for the 7th of this month , I know you can’t tell if we have or not succeeded in the written test, I am preparing as if I have, so if selected I could be ready, that’s why I would like to know if possible if the interview with the board will be this week or not. Good afternoon Sir. McMunn: I hope this message will find you well. Today I had my second interview with Corporate Head Quarter Hotel Operations for a Cruise Ship Manager position. When the interview started he told me that he didn't have much to talk to me about because he already knew everything about me. The only thing he had for me were 2 questions: 1) Tell him about myself. 2) Why I am applying for the company he represents. After my answers he told me a lot about the company (Values, Goals, etc) and asked me a few more different questions again about the company and its values. But he told me many times: (When you train with us) (you, you, you). At the end of the interview I asked him 2 questions and at that moment the power went out and the video call was disconnected. After 5 minutes I reconnected and apologized because the situation was out of my hands. He told me not to worry because he had heard enough and that in a week or two the HR department would let me know the outcome of the interview and that might possibly do a third interview. The interview lasted 25 minutes. What do you think about it? Grateful for your time Best regards Jose
