There's no way that the Bat Jet and Bat mobile got registered and approved to be used in the city. Here's what you need to know. Doomsday while powerful, but he's nonetheless a mindless monster. I know that in some comic version, he did beat Darkseid. But all of Darkseid's presence thru out the cartoons and comics are all of his avatar, as his true presence exists in a different dimension which can destroy everything should he really appears (watch Death Battle analysis) IMO, Darkseid avatar alone might be able to beat both Doomsday and Amazo, not just his strength and power but also his cunning and strategic mindset (thats why he only respects Batman). With his true presence, wouldn't even be a fight.
