He lost the 168 title to Jones in 94, then moved to 175 where he had loads of wins and also lost twice to Montell Griffin and also lost to journeyman Drake Thadzi. He then fought a whole heap of fights on ESPN at cruiserweight before finally getting a title shot vs Jirov 9 years after last being world champ. That was a long wait. Then he moved to heavyweight and fought loads of fights before getting the Ruiz title shot.
