@@Pluton94 not at all. You just get all of your buffs as MD spec, then respec SM when you're ready to go into naxx and don't log out in naxx

@@IamAliveTv Yeah totally forgot that I can just get it at the end. Still hard to do because we get portet over to naxx and have to log out after to save bufftime while everyone is getting portet. Could also just get portet last

i dont play classic anymore nor was i really into it and the whole worldbuff scenario was the reason not to play further but your videos are insane knowledge bombs for warlocks out there and you can tell you've played through the game more than once

Yeah.. hung it up until TBC. Loved naxx back in the day and it was rough but spending all day getting buffs and farming consumes isn't my thing. Thank goodness that goes away in TBC.

heh i've been aware of this since they fixed the DS respec bug. Only used it a few times though because it can be quite difficult to keep your pet up at some times. You need a healer to buy in and keep an eye on it too

I used to run Soul Link with Nightfall Conflag because SL stays on your pet even if you respec. So you can keep SL as well not just MD.

If you do the jump from the pipe into gluths room, does your pet despawn or does it teleport? Also does the jumping onto thaddius' platform despawn your pet?

Nope - you keep the demon/pet. But im not quite sure if thaddius is a petkiller coz of the debuff.

You mention that the demonic sacrifice respec bug worked in phase 1 of classic, similarly the priest talent that gave them spellpower equivalent to 25% of spirit was still present after re-speccing out of it. It would disappear if you logged out or died. Haven't tested it in over a year, I wonder if it was fixed like DS 🤔

Hey Alive, can you confirm for me what happens to the Succubus on the Gluth tunnel? Does she get teleported down to the boss room? On Thaddius, I'm assuming it's best to command the succubus to stay on the top platform before the jump, right?

this also worked with soullink, the buff would stay after respeccing till you or your demon died. havent tried it in a while, so maybe it still does. yes, playing conflag with soullink in pvp is fun :)

The pet part isn't as significant as the MD buff . That's a free dmf buff if it can be done in a viable way.

@@avtr16 Should be fine in that case! I'm contemplating trying this out but I feel like there's so much raid-damage encounters in Naxx like Loatheb that would kill the Succubus. My guild also doesn't allow Corruption slots so SM/Ruin is significantly weaker.

@@NyctoGaming this is exactly my thoughts as well. A lot of adds that cleave and such. May have to just always park the suc. another thing to manage while getting your rotations off tho. I may do it as well, Let me know if you do.

Hey, ... do you have any information about Boss resistances? Because i looked into my Naxxramas logs from today and i had around 3-10% partial resists. (Iam not 100% sure if the partial resits also came from the spellhit-resists?) I have a total of 75 (curse) +10 from Gear - spellpen.. next Raid i will try the Maexxna neck with additional 13 spellpen.

KT is the only boss with shadow res, being 100 base. You need cos+25 spell pen, all other boss partials are just due to hit rating.

@@rogue5861 hmm ok.. i thought if a Boss have zero resistances, you can not have partial resists? Only the 1% Chance of a 100% resist, if you have 16% hit.

Sapph is one of the few fights where your pet will just die unless you pay healers to cheese your pet. But it works up till saph!

I would be all over this if I knew it back in AQ or BWL/MC, but now with Naxx that is a 4hr thing with always the odd wipe or two. It seems like a lot of hoops you have to jump through for only a 5% damage increase, most of us will just spend 50%+ of the raid in a gimped SM/Ruin spec :P
