I've been doing my nails at home for a few years now and this is seriously the BEST tutorial I have found - I've struggled with structuring the free edge so much and this is VERY helpful. Thank you so much for sharing this. Subscribed! :)

2:18 Oh. I thought it was the opposite after applying base coat. Many techs recommend to leave the sticky layer so that the gel polish, builder gel or poly gel adheres better, which makes sense. So I have been doing it wrong all along? Great video with lots of helpful information. Thank you ❤

Thanks for the kind words! The sticky layer doesn’t affect the previous or next material👌☺️ I remove it so the next layer goes on smoothly since many colors get patchy on a sticky layer. With gel, it's a must to remove the sticky layer because it's very pronounced and can cause material conflicts ❤️

I have watched countless nail tutorials, and after seeing just 2 of yours I can say you're one of the best! Since this product is not available in the US, could this technique work with polygel or traditional hard gel?

Do these tips transition well if you want oval/round tips/free edge?
@annakobnailstudioАй бұрын
For an oval shape, it's better to use tips with a straighter arch; oval nails won't turn out well with these tips.
