We spoke before, Will. If/when I build at Palmaya woods, I'd like to build a tulum style home too. So, looking forward to tracking your build in habitat. I'll be back in August, just for a week, at MBR. Next year, Jan & Feb renting an apartment.

Just got back from SP that I visited 5 years ago and the changes are dramatic. The real estate prices at Mahagony and Secret Beach have skyrocketed and the vibes in SP has changed too. Really wondering what affect the new neighborhood will bring to this town. Will a power grid be brought in to please the increase power usage? In the 2 weeks we had multiple power outages due to grid overload. The near future will tell. I pulled out of SP market and chose another location to build. Land is purchased. Ready to roll.

Dude tired of figuring out. Everything is changing which is awesome. So secret beach or mahogany? I have a couple flights back to US up till October I think. So still pay cash for place. I hate a note. Also a turn key would be dope. And will puts us a video since he just makes videos. Also helps set up mail and delivery. Been trying to do this over a year. Bucerias sucks. May sell this penthouse....I miss lobster festival. So 700k plus I'll have to get a cool cart too. Maybe Polaris.
