Thank you SO MUCH for this video. I've watched over 20 videos of this spot but yours had exactly what I was looking for! Thank you for saying what tide you had during the video and where the trail turn offs were! Unfortunately, there's no negative tide when I'm there but I'll be going at low tide so I'm excited to see at least some of the beach. I'll be there next week and can't wait! You missed out on the best part. You were so close. If the tide is low, you can get to the hole in the rock formation by Thunder Cove from the shore.

I'm going to this area in July and the more videos I watch, the more convinced I am that I'm going to be eaten by Bigfoot. How did you know which fork in the trail to take? Gorgeous hike!

Hi Bernie and Susan, I watched your video on Secret Beach and really loved it. I live in Nevada and have been planning a trip up the Coastal road from California to Washington. I am aware the tide has a huge effect on various places to get good photographs and wonder if you can tell me if there's a tidal book (recorded tides ) for that area? Thanks for your videos and sharing

Ok then, but you won't be missed. I was just there yesterday, and I saw many, many Trump signs and not a single Biden sign on a trip down from Portland, if that's what you're getting at. Its a fairly conservative part of the state...as is most of the state other than Portland, Eugene and Corvallis and a few other pockets.
