That's on the 3rd gen Toyotas. The 2nd gen (2005-2014?) has a separate knob to do that. On the second gen you use that to reset the 'Maintenance Required'/5,000 mile oil change light too, just hold it in as you turn the ignition key to start the vehicle.

Everyone should read their owner’s manuals. There are thousands of secrets hidden within! Not many people know, but in the glove box, on the passenger side, there’s usually a treasure trove of tips and tricks about your vehicle. It also tells you things like how to change a flat tire, recommended maintenance and care techniques, and there’s even a map that tells you what all of the jumbled stuff under your hood is! 10/10 must read

Black oem fender flares are easily had by going to the dealer. Any TRD OR comes with Black, non-painted flares, so you can ask for 2016 - 22 Tacoma TRD Off-road flares and it'll work. I cut mine to install a CBI bumper and messed one up so I asked them for a 2017 Taco TRD-OR driver flare and got it in 2 days.
