There’s free food and there’s being sensible about what sort and when you eat crap food. I don’t eat carbs and I pack my own snacks for work. Brits really do have a drinking problem. I'm personally always shocked at how much the people on this show drink, mostly because I can be dizzy after like one cocktail depending on what's in it, so when I see them drink all night my brain can't comprehend?!

As a person who almost always cooks/eats Arabic food, I have never seen a salad with that ratio of tahini to veggies. I don't know if it's a Gulfi recipe or something since my food is from the Levant but this is a first for me.

Tahini is very strong in taste, and it’s mostly fat. Recipes usually require for one to two teaspoons with yoghurt or other ingredients to form a sauce, it’s never added alone as a dressing.

It’s so interesting that people always pretend they eat lots of salads, as though that’s the magic food that keeps a person from gaining weight. Many, many people who actually do eat healthy almost never eat salad. I LOVE my veggies, fruit, and meat, but I only eat the very occasional salad; for the most part, i think they’re boring and kind of yucky.

My salads include; Rocket, spinach, tenderstem broccoli (pan seared) Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, avacado, olives, occasionally pan seared halloumi too with everything tossed together and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Throw in some meat (cold cuts or leftover dark chicken meat is great) And sprinkle on some crispy chicken skin (or pork) for little bit of crunch That is a brilliant, filling and tasty meal 😁 (I opt for an intermittent fasting lifestyle and aim for all natural food leaning towards keto, aka high fat, but I don't limit veg)

You don’t know if the person wash their hands after going to the restroom or if their fingers have been up there nose or scratching their body parts I would never eat candy from a communal bowl why the host didn’t put tongs and spoons to grab the candy was pretty gross I would be more concerned about germs than calories at this point I saw these people grabbing a candy I’ll just leave. It's not confirmation bias. That's the process of doing an experiment. You come up with a hypothesis and test it. There's not time in the show to go into all of the details in every experiment. They could fill the entire episode with a single experiment that way.
