Correction at 2.36 , those two white lights in the aground vl isn't mashthead lights , they are all round white lights.

7:49 can't we say that it's a RAM or dredger without obstruction probably 50 metres or more in length making way through the water, out of range of sidelights as seen from starboard side?

Sir, could you please help with explanation of a Card. I saw two white in a vertical line. One condition said vsl at anchor seen from ahead or stern. I could understand why it was seen from the stern. As per annex 1 , the forward anchor light to be 4.5 above the aft one. But couldn’t visually or understand the aspect from ahead. Kindly help sir
