I absolutely agree!!! Especially since it took Shmee to be invited to this amazing collection that I had no friggn idea this place is within a hour drive from my house and I had no clue!!!🤯🤯 The best variety of the best cars ever made by human beings. I would love just to have 30 minutes of being able to see this in person. It’s got to be overwhelming to be in there because just watching this on my phone almost is. I’ve paused and rewatched it 20 times now😂😂 👍👍🤟🤟

I think this video proves my thoughts that older cars are so much more interesting than the newer stuff. The designs, the engine tech and the colours are so different and by implication more interesting. It does depend upon personal taste though, which I get. The more eclectic the mix, the more it appeals to everyone.

Used to frequent Petrol Lounge years ago back in their old spot with the S2000 club here in Austin. Always was quite the place to check out and spend some time. Life and kids take up all the time I have to give right now unfortunately and haven't seen the new place. Recognize a lot of the cars though. I still have the S2000 but unfortunately, it doesn't fit two adults and two kids seats so it doesn't get out much. Glad you got to take in some of the automotive scene here in Austin. You need to stop by for one of the Cars & Coffee out at COTA when you get a chance. Lot of money here in Austin with a lot of cool cars.

9:30 My biggest car related pet peeve right there.... Guys, if u have a green livery on your car, you cant have yellow calipers. Black or gray calipers woul be the move here, since Porsche doesnt offer green calipers. The yellow is just an eyesore on this beautiful car

The yellow is for carbon ceramic rotors vs black for steel. I imagine you can make the CC rotor cars another color but most people keep it yellow to show what rotors are on the car.

25:43 I'm having some doubt about what's being told here... Because the Spyker 60/80 is the first car in the world with 4 wheel drive, the first car in the world with 6 cilinders and the first car in the world with brakes on all 4 wheels. The Spyker 60/80 was build in 1903. So I believe the Spyker was the first car build with power brakes. Also the oilsystem on the Spyker was unique because the co- driver had to controle the oilsystem and it was a common mistake, that the co- driver pumped to much oil by pressing the wrong button and the oil would spill out at the brakes or the oil would spill out of the brakes. So I believe that the Spyker 60/80 build in 1903 was the first car with power brakes. Maybe the spilling out of oil came from the system and it didn't had a vacuüm. I don't know? Or if you would difine power brakes, "Power brakes consist of a system of hydraulics used to slow down or stop a motor vehicle. It uses a combination of mechanical components and vacuum assistance to multiply the pressure applied to the brake pedal. "Maybe within the definition of power brakes the Spyker 60/80 from 1903 is missing some technical components... although being the first car ever build with brakes on all 4 wheels??? I hope someone could explain??? Because I'm having some doubt about what's being said ...about the first car with power brakes.

behind the tesla roadster is a icon, the 2CV, the name tells the origin of horsepower- 2 chewaux = 2 hp. the last engine it was produced with had the crazy amount of 29hp. 🤣

There's two of them in there. The red one is a normal 2CV. The blue one is a Sahara. Citroen made it into a 4WD vehicle by putting a second complete drivetrain in the rear. It can run on either engine, or on both.
