Found a beautiful spot for a dip. Very cold! Didn't get much of an actual swim in on this trip.

Wow that must have been cold! I struggle with walking on pebbles on beaches so would not like walking out in to these pools without some sort of rubber boots or something. Coffee to warm up with afterwards is good I'm sure! Cheers. W

It definitely takes a bit of getting used to! I wouldn't reccommend jumping into a mountain river in the autumn as your first outing haha!
