SVB was not a traditional bank as it functioned more like a venture capitol or hedge fund operation. It's clients was mostly millionaires and billionaires in tech industry. These investors were big donors to the DNC even Gavin Newsome had venture capitol there. This is why 94% of them were not insured or covered under FDIC rules. This administration is constantly talking about them needing to pay there fair share and yet here we are increasing banking fees all over the country to pay for a few stupid bankers that pulled their golden parachutes days before it blew up. 26 usc is not complicated to understand. Congress made 3 class of persons liable for income tax. Nowhere in title 26 makes private sector ppl earning domestic income within the union states liable to file tax returns or furnish social security number to anyone.
