This is a very good recipe, I have a sister who makes it exactly like you do with one exception she uses 1 8 oz. Brick of cream cheese less than the 3 you use. She only incorporates two and the cake is less dense with 2 eight oz. Bricks of cream cheese. Other than that it’s a perfect recipe. Thanks for sharing.

I would not recommed that--you can use the pressure cooker to make cheesecake, but I have not experimented with an air fryer.

300 degree celsius or fahrenheit , use this temperature for all bake??
