These people know jack shit about Balenciaga and his importance, just a lot of overpaid Araminta /Jocasta headband Sloane types.......' yeah makes him one of the most important figures, yeah.....' she is stood by a Comme des Garcons not a Balenciaga. Its the equivalent of an estate agent on 'Homes under the hammer' coming into the room as directed and pointing at the skylight in the bathroom...' ooh look a skylight'

The V&A is a joke. Their own curators don't know anything about the dresses in the dress reference collection. I have been to see dresses by Balenciaga and Charles James and I know more than they do.

Whenever I have been to the dress reference section at the V&A I know more than the curators do about the work. They know zero about patternmaking and draping and How the garments are put together or the tricks involved. What Molly Goddard has to do with any of it is an utter mystery. Maybe she is flavor of the month with someone who is a relative there. Balenciaga is FAR from a forgotten name. He is a GIANT!

They showed the work of designers who stated they had been influenced by Balenciaga. Rei Kawakubo wrote a snippet about her love of Balenciaga for the exhibit which was next to the commes dress. You have commented on a few of Molly Goddards vids' and not the other V&A videos, are you her ex or something?

The V&A show on Balenciaga is frankly a disgraceful insult to him. Other lesser designer's were roped in because the dumb curator's didn't think Balenciaga alone was 'enough' of a draw. Goddard is not remotely in the same league as Kawakubo, nor is Phoebe Philo, but there they are with worthless dresses on show next to the masters because the curator's thought no one would know who Balenciaga was.
