Could u make a jacket out of this
@PeerCoxFashionRec
@PeerCoxFashionRec Жыл бұрын
You probably could but you would need large leathers and a huge tray.. and a lot of time 😅probably

Using paper clips was a brilliant idea! I need to think about this some more, but I am inspired to do so intricate folding of leather and hold it in place with elastic bands. Sort of like origami but 2 dimensional. What to make it into though.....that is the question. Why do people insist on knowing what the finished product is? Is a practice in a technique! Why must it be something more?

Hi Susan, thank you! This sounds amazing but also complicated 😂 I will say, i expected this leather to look different too, more 3d than it is. You can't always visualize how it will look with experimental things.. just have to try it to know. These things require practice but totally agree that sometimes it can just be what it is! It not always has to be a tangible product, in my videos the process is as important as the finished product i think. But also i wanna show the possibilities to make it into a product or garment so that it gets a bit more 'real' and usable, but may be some times I should also just make experiments without forcing a product out of it.. I reallyy dont know (if people will like this too). Thanks for watching !

@@PeerCoxFashionRec Totally agree, the process is as important as the product, especially if it is as original as your projects Peer, also the best part is sharing your creative process with us. I love this method, so cool and fun.👏
