Exactly how a documentary should be. No shouty narrator or banging music in the background trying to make it more exciting, just a clearly spoken, steady voice allowing us to hear and absorb the information without distraction.

Best documentary on the Bermuda Triangle by far.

This is my favorite documentary on the Bermuda Triangle. I was born in Puerto Rico and lived in Miami for many years. I've been on the water, under the water and over the water of the Triangle more times than I can count. I think 95% of the cases have a mundane answer. But I think there is enough evidence to say that some of the missing might be due to unnatural events and this video gives a good solid answer.

Brilliant documentary. Between this and the 'In Search Of..' series, it makes me wish they still made them like this. Today there is too much sensationalism, over dramatizing, cheesy special effects, awful crash zooms and crazy filters. Just keep it simple and informative like this gem of a programme. Cheers for the upload.

DarkLight753 Agree...that stupid cymbal "shhhhhhSHHHHHH!!!" They always do before they reveal some tiny bit of info...just before a commercial. Everything is made for morons these days.

.... you may also notice some of the names in the credits match those of people who worked on the "In Search Of..." TV series....

Agreed,and lest we forget the douchey "dudebros" being drama queens with that tired night vision/green light.It's so hokey it's embarassing.

I flew thru the Bermuda Triangle a couple of times, I'm still here. It's a common air route. But, the world is still full of mysterious things.

Landsburg produced quality show and documentaries. Peter Tompkins as lead investigator for this gained fame for The Secret Life of Plants with Chrisopher Byrd, and Mysteries of the Great Pyramid of Egypt.

When I was a kid the famous book entitled The Bermuda Triangle was a Bestseller. The kids board game came out and with the same name - then this movie appeared to cash in on the Mania. Pure Wonderful 70 Kitsch...

Yes she is and a lot more to her I believe then what we know. Love this. Allen Lansburg also did the Brilliant old TV series In Search Of. Love the spooky 70s music era I grew up in. Love investigation, time's back then were way better. Not all everything , but better than this technology, mind wipering dizziness windshield wiper world we live in today.

There is a portal in that area, i have experience there passing in a circle of fogs then my compass revolving and few minutes when the fogs gone everything was back to normal, i see also at night a ball of lights from the skies very strange! before i dont really look into this, but now i already know a lot of incedence like me is cannot be ignored! only they dont talk about this for public awareness!

The EM effect is caused by earthquakes on the ocean floor, ships are swallowed whole by huge bubbles of Methane released from cracks in the ocean floor. Planes also can become victim to this effect where compasses won't work from the EMP and methane causes the planes piston engines to stop cold. However there are time effects and flying saucers sightings that can't be explained so easily.

I think Taylor gave the Navy the finger for not being granted leave. Killing his crew and four other planes and the Albatross flight that went to search. I would have peeled away and claimed I lost sight of Taylor, flying home to catch the movie.

cell phones werent invented then. and wd40 cans make compas needles move
@cappnzak7 жыл бұрын
Yeah,Ronald. I heard that mention of a cellphone, during part showing the re-enactment of the Coast Guard response to the missing Cessna, I think.It's a rather careless oversight which should really have been edited out.But it's the only glitch that stood out to me, in an otherwise fine production. As for the WD40 causing erratic compasses? Do you mean when it's applied to compasses as a lubricant? or..... Reason I ask is 'cause I don't know of any compass that needs lubrication,as such. Thanks.
@rocketcab6 жыл бұрын
@ "cappnzak".... after having watched this documentary more-than-once, I still don't know what you're talking about.... There was not one mention of a "cellphone" because (of course) these things did not exist in 1977, when these re-enactments were made.... Where was the so-called "careless oversight" ? ? ?
