I have never regret following you. This is so important. All You said are correct, when i did my class in Spain i was told the same thing about beating butter and sugar till its fluffy, but one thing i want to add about the baking time, apart from the oven temperature, people should know that baking time also varies depending on the cake pan, the thickness and depth. I just love listening to you and i am a huge fan.

Hie Oluchi. So when you ice your cakes in the frozen state using whipped cream,when the cake eventually thaws to room temperature won’t it cause the cream to melt as well?

Hello Siwela, The cream would melt as well but it definitely would not melt to a point where you have a messy puddle of cream especially if prepared the right way and with quality ingredient.
