Natural,will take longer,but bodybuilding isn't a race,it takes time,can lift for life and likely be healthier years down the road. Drugs work,BUT you still have to do ALL the work to build mass,you just don't do a shot then you're huge. A personal choice,do,don't do,whatever,if you do,just be smart,don't be reckless,get bloodwork done,eat right. 💪🏋

The number one piece of information in this video by John, compound movements if you want to gain muscle naturally. I’m over 50 lockdown last year weights in the basement no machines I gain more muscle in the last year and a half and I did the previous decade
@MrRaitzi Жыл бұрын
It is also safer. You build more stabilization muscle development and don't have to push too high weights to make it difficult. And end result of course is you can push more weight from gains

@bigt93743 жыл бұрын
Bcaas are useless, tribulus is useless. D-aspartic acid works if you have low testosterone and the rest are tried and true . Eaas over bcaas . Your body utilises bcaas as fuel rather than muscle building.

I think there is a massive misconception about how resting metabolism works. Energy , maths and physics is pretty consistent. What people think is a fast metabolism is just them moving more and not having the appetite to match. Natural you can use food manipulation to control biochemical reactions and when you take the chemicals you don’t have to. It’s that simple.
