He missed the Monell vs. Dept of Social Service of the City of New York where state entities are legally liable under 1983 for unwritten or written custom or policy that violates unconstitutional civil rights .

he's not lecturing because he cares about law and the integrity of the law he's only lecturing so that judges and lawyers extort more money from the public. He's bringing up relevant arguments for the people in power to make so that they make squash any lawsuits against themselves... New revelation this man is dr. Anthony fauci older uglier and more corrupt brother

I am on phone and lacking easy access to saved files. Change ones standing. Defacto Citizen article 4 v dejure citizen 14th amendment. Citizen of a state dejure v citizen of a State defacto. Notice difference in spelling. State Citizen, Citizen of a state, US National is one that the Bill of Rights applies to. The US citizen, statutory citizen, 14th amendment citizen has Civil Rights. Big difference, research State Citizen case law.

Awesome. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. Our forefathers were very clear about the mess we are in. Lets just keep giving psychopaths more power, control, and money with absolutely no accountability for their actions. History hasn't ever seen this before...Some of us among the "tax cattle" do NOT consent. "A nation that expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be." - Thomas Jefferson

12:30 cause of action dep of rights. 14:30 criteria creates a right. Did congress intend. 51:15 judges only protect in judicial acts, not administrative acts.

My Family wrote your constitution ( with others). It seems that your stuck in the illegal legal system. presidenect is wrong as the judges have not power to make any law at all, as that is illegal, if you have a illegal court system then you have no justice. The immunity rule, is both ways and I provide this fact ( JUDGEMENT) where we in the UK use ( borrow) US or other (attached) jurisdictions - publications.parliament.uk/pa/ld199900/ldjudgmt/jd000727/dark-1.htm Therefore you should be able to find all the law you want or need to deal with this problem of the state who appear to be a tyrants

You still use titles of nobility in your country my friend.
@guywhoknows

@@chestercopperpot1325 no, the house was taken down by government starting from 1992 when the lord's went against the corruption in government. So it took many years to by pass the safety net, and replace the nobles with buyins. So there isn't not much left of nobility in the kingdom.

They want us to believe judges (and other state/federal actors) are these totally moral, ethical beings. Judges have no accountability to anyone. We don’t have a police problem - we have a judicial problem.
