Agar duniya lakhs crores dene ke tyar ho skte hai sajja se bachne ke liye toh agar surety amount forfeit ho bhi gyi toh Kya farak padega accused ko..becoz agar surety amount dene ke kaabil tha tabhi toh usne bail bond diya hoga.

SSA sir g Ik gal puchni si suppose accused appear nhi hunda court vich tan bail bond di amount forefiet ho jayegi. Tan accused tan hoyega he nhi appear court beshak amount forefeit he Kyu na ho jaave. Becoz sajja toh upar thoda na hai paisa. Tan ho skda hai accused nu darr hove ke mere against higher court vich adverse orders na ho jaan tan shayd hove he na accused appear. Tan Mera question eh hai ke iss section 437 a vich surety bond in advance da Matlab te importance ki Reh gyi.

Surety makes himself bound before the court that he will bring the accused before the court whenever ordered for the same. So if the accused does not appear then the penalty will be given to surety by forfieting the surety amount.

Sir what if accused isn't signing on bonds? Court isn't cancelling the bail because bond is not filled and police is not arresting because of the bail. What is the remedy? Is thr any judgement for the cancellation of bail??

Without presenting bonds court will release him from Custody, so it's a precondition
