All they have so far is a request from the prosecutor - the actual ruling by the judges and formal filing of charges has been held up because the UK issued a formal challenge backed by the US questioning the ICC's jurisdiction over Israel. The New Labor government finally just dropped the challenge thankfully but now the ICC judges need to finish the ruling before we'll know if the warrants actually come down or not. The latest ICJ ruling seems to indicate that they will almost certainly have to come down in favor of warrants but you never know. Hopefully we'll know soon

I was in DC for the protest, but I was late to Speaker's Stage because Security made me walk all around the White House. There are FOUR fences around the White House, guarded by Secret Service, and workmen were building another one yesterday. Every policeman in the City, + Park Police + Montgomery County + even 500 police from New York City. 15 blocks of Pennsylvania Ave, in front of Capitol, were blocked. Metro rail did NOT stop at closest stop -- Union Station -- "because of First Amendment activity." At one point, police sprayed protesters right in front of Spreakers Stage with pepper spray.
