I work for a small security company and I love watching these kind of videos so I can better protect myself and the residents of the property I work at

I wish I live out there .I would definitely be interested in this class and a job . The instructor is great ! Easy to follow and understand .Unlike many videos you see out there. Where the instructor is showing out like Jackie Chan . Speeding though the process etc.

What brand pants do you use for the students?

Thank's those look like quality pants . Of course 5;11 is expensive but you get what you pay for . I just like to get it at a better price .
I seldom post negative reviews, but as a defensive tactics consultant for security, law enforcement, and SWAT officers, I have to say that this type of training is going to get someone killed. The techniques themselves have value, but how they are being taught (too complicated), explained (too detailed) and applied is leading to absolutely no retention of knowledge or technique and they will be impossible to apply in an adrenaline-stress situation. Sorry.

Only had to watch this for 60 seconds to see it is complete BS. You are NEVER going to trap a full speed punch between your forearms like that. NEVER.

Yes I agree with you. In the street doesn't work that way.

I agree I teach this from the prospective that they are coming forward to grab you. You will never use this against a punch.

so this has some AIKIDO MOVES IT

It looks like the incorrect imitation of the correct techniques. Maybe it is ok for police where they fight with the drunks. Fun to watch but it is actually said to see.
@gajorg693 жыл бұрын
This guy is trained just enough to be dangerous himself and dangerous for his students. This Akido type stuff does not hold up well in the field.

That shit is all good in a gym with people not hell bent on hurting you. Try that shit in the real world and either get your ass kicked or if you just happen to get lucky get sued for breaking somebodies arm.
@daniel-san8363 жыл бұрын
if you 'have to' break somebodies arm in a security context using these techniques (albeit, not against a punch as demonstrated in this video) what would be the legally acceptable situation that would allow you too? in Australia its equal or proportionate force which dictates what you can and cannot do, but what if he's tried to grab you and punch you with the other hand, you've proceeded to take him to the ground and apply the arm bar, then he's had several friends come along to 'save him'.. this would suddenly become grounds for breaking the arm, releasing the hold and dealing with the 'friends' no?
