At least the two employees that appeared management were OK she was very professional she listened to all you had to say and remained calm. SiA should be drumming into its staff on display at all times, which does not include tucked into a vest or in your pocket. On display means visible to the public.

The security companies are exploiting these foreign workers by paying absolute minimum wage and conditions. On top of that because of their lack of English they are giving them SIA licenses without doing the course which is illegal.

I'm so sick of seeing people who can barely speak English telling us that we can't do something which is perfectly legal. Firstly TLA myself I suffer with carpol tunnel its sometimes very uncomfortable. But I get by 🤷♂️. Secondly..the staff got well and truly taught a thing or two regarding there behaviour...so it's back to the training room for them..but the young lady who you respectively spoke to..felt well and truly embarrassed 😳 by there behaviour...so well done TLA

The British Museum was established by an Act of Parliament in 1753 and is currently governed by the British Museum Act 1963. Therefore it is not a private building and its grounds outside are open to the public under the Criminal Justice Act section 33 of 1972. Its owned by us
