I like what this one added to the preexisting lyrics as well as the solo version of this song. It wasn't a carbon copy and it had flair and feeling to an already interesting and intense piece of music that will forever remain in my head and will be on repeat until I am sick of it (which will probably never be ever). I feel like had I never listened to the original choral piece and had never seen the show, I would have been fooled that this was the only version that existed. Your voice is very fitting for a genderbent version of one of my favorite characters. And I may have a not-so-small liking to Varian's voice. Anyway, good day

I believe the reason some people say this is better than the original is because the original is a song, while here we have more like a conversation turned song, so this ends having way more emotion in the lyrics. For example for me it feels and sounds like some crying while singing at the beggining, and that turns to anger and determination at the end . Nice job.
