An essential step to finding comfort in Yin and Yang energy is the capability to lean into transformation. Sometimes life will need one energy, sometimes another. It’s hard, but by being able to feel confident in yourself and who you are in all your multiplicities will help you transform to what the situation needs. I’ve been saving this one for when I needed it. I’ve done a lot of travelling recently and have ended up feeling totally scattered. Combined with the ending of a situationship and I’m feeling lost. This has helped me to remember to come back to my core energies, and to turn to the environments that help me thrive.

hue lights are worth it absolutely. I've been using them for years now. I've used some knock offs for LED strips at the apps are always barely functional in contrast to the hue app
