I have not joined Patreon until now. There are many KZbinrs I really like, and I don't know how to prioritize them- so I have been a patron to one. But when a man rides through subfreezing weather, rides through the drug lords field to bring us the beauty in the world . . . well that's a man who's courageous and dedicated. To me, he deserves my support. Its great to know you're out there Iohan, and informing us, entertaining us, and inspiring us!

"For helping" was correct, he did very much help. The people I encountered in the video(s) did the most to 'help' show who they are at heart and mind though. I give them, and you all more credit than any social video could ever hope to do. Maine says to say, "Hello". More Mexican people are arriving here and liking it enough from what I see. I'm a Californian, Texan transplant from Florida, who has also resided in Washington, Oregon and Wisconsin but have lived here since 1998. Maine is different than all those other places. There's a reason I'm still living here and not there.

I love your heart and mind, Iohan. Sadly, it's just too late to tell you, so I'll add my honest thoughts to the collection of others. Not one commentator has spoken badly about you, or even went down the path of easy criticisms to ride upon your adventurous coattails while pretending to be helpful. You never bragged, you just shared. And then shared and shared and shared your life with us. You could have kept all that to yourself, like many probably do. You wasn't in it for mere conquest. That's what made the difference, we got to know you. You spoke to us. Thank you, Iohan for being who you are and were here while on earth. We'll go on a decently-long, fluffy cloud-to-cloud bike ride later after I meet you, you know, after perishing and then visiting "the bone yard" for a time(unless they just burn the heck out of my body). You take your sweet time securing things. I won't be but a moment in the scheme of thing. I got one important appointment first and then I'll be right there with my new cloud bike. Yes, my heart will be 'judged accordingly' and then we'll go on that mentioned bike ride together, my unmet buddy... and "amigo".

Just found your videos so I may not have seen them all - Great camera work for letting someone see what road and life is like for you on this trip. I would like to know a little more about were you are from, riding experience before this, and what bikes did you use and why? I notice you ran out of money which is an issue I have experienced and it is not fun, now I am old so I estimate how much I need, than double that and then even hide a bit extra in my frame. Thanks for this it is very helpful to show me that I never, ever, for any reason want to ride in snow... Thanks
@IohanGueorguiev
@IohanGueorguiev 7 жыл бұрын
haha hey steven, riding in snow is awesome! its so beautiful and quiet. I was born in bulgaria but grew up in canada. Before this trip, I rode about 10k miles across canada and learned to camp, etc. I use a surly troll (but had a full suspension 29er for a short time - it was amazing but too expensive to maintain). this here was more of a "there are no banks anywhere" issue, I never carry too much at a time too since i find I spend better, although I am generally broke and to a large extend its part of what makes this so interesting (knowing you can't just ride to the next town and get a cheap hotel and having to talk to farmers, etc.) cheers
